Ticket office at the lifts to purchase ski passes

Skiing in Livigno is a unique experience thanks to the dozens and dozens of kilometres of slopes available throughout the ski area, on both sides of the valley, which are accessible with a single ski pass. The ski pass for Livigno's ski lifts can be purchased at authorised ticket offices, such as the one in our hotel, or through an online procedure: here is all you need to know.

The Valandrea skipass ticket office

Ski passes in Livigno can be purchased at the automatic ticket machines located in the village, near some of the ski lifts, or at authorised ticket offices. The central ticket office is located inside Aquagranda, Livigno's swimming pool and wellness centre, but there is a ticket office at the start of every ski lift, chairlift and cable car in the village where you can get your ski pass.

The Valandrea ski area is no exception: on the ground floor of our new facility, the one accessible directly from the street in the centre of Livigno, a large information desk welcomes skiers at the entrance and this is where the Valandrea ski pass ticket office is located. At this desk you can buy day, morning and afternoon passes for day skiing in Livigno and all other types of ski passes, from points passes to season passes(discover types and prices).

The advantage is twofold: getting your ski pass at the lift ticket office saves you time because you can go straight onto the slopes as soon as you buy the card, and you also have the chance to talk to our operators who are able to advise you on the best formula for skiing according to your stay in Livigno and to each person's needs. And finally, don't forget that the ski pass purchased at Valandrea is valid on the entire Livigno ski area, including the lifts at high altitude.

Online ski pass and ski pass collection in Livigno

You can also buy your Livigno ski pass online, through a procedure that allows you to choose the dates on which you ski and to make the payment electronically. Even those who buy online must, however, go to the ticket office to collect the keycard, i.e. the physical card on which the digitally purchased ticket or season ticket is loaded and which is then recognised at the turnstiles of the ski lifts. The only exception is for those who are already in possession of a valid keycard in Livigno for the 2024-25 season: in this case you can register your ski pass online by associating the serial number of the keycard on the card and thus already have the lift pass in your pocket.

The keycard that is collected at the ticket office can be returned at the end of the ski day, with refund of the deposit paid at the time of collection, or it can be kept so that it can be used to ski again in Livigno.

The Valandrea Ski Area ticket office is open daily from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m., coinciding with the opening of the lifts.
